Booking with Trailhead Bike Rentals only takes a few minutes. Choose your dates, pick what you'd like to rent (choose from Mountain Bikes), add any extras and check out online. You'll see your total before you pay.

Yes, you can add these when you book:

• Knee & Elbow Pads: $10
• Bike Insurance: $15
• Full-Face Helmet: $15

You pay for your rental online when you book. Your total, including any add-ons, is shown before you pay.

Some of our gear needs a refundable security deposit, from $200 to $250 per item, depending on what you rent. You'll see the exact amount at checkout before you pay.

A deposit is a hold on your card, not a charge. The hold is placed at booking time. It's released 48 hours after you return your rental.

Nothing is taken from it unless there's something to settle after your rental, such as damage or unpaid fees.

You pick up and return your rental at Main Location, 4200 N Scottsdale Rd, Scottsdale, AZ 85251. Questions on the day? Call (480) 555-0100.

Pickup and return need to fall within our opening hours:

• Mon-Thu 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Fri 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Sat 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Sun 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

You choose your times when you book.

Yes. Renters sign a short rental agreement (a waiver) digitally, from a phone or computer. We'll guide you through it when you book, or send you a link to sign before pickup.
