Dirt Bike & Motorcycle Rentals
Dirt bike rental software built by a dirt bike shop.
Renta started at AlpMX Adventures, a dirt bike and powersports rental shop. It runs the bikes, the riding gear, the waivers, the deposits and engine-hour service from one workspace.
Commission plan: renters pay a 2.5% Renta fee, you keep the full booking total · Flat plan: $300/month, 0% fee

Why Renta
Made for the way you actually rent
Riding gear in every size
Rent helmets, boots and jersey-and-pants sets as sized items. Renters choose their sizes at booking and stock is counted per size, so you never promise boots you don't have.
License and age checks
Set a minimum age per bike, require a photo of the license at checkout or while signing, and turn on Stripe Identity verification for bookings over an amount you choose.
Deposit holds that match the bike
Set a deposit per bike. The card hold goes on before pickup, and after the ride you capture all or part of it for a bent lever or a cracked fender, or release it.
Your riding rules, acknowledged
Add trail rules or riding requirements as a checkout block renters must tick, and use a different waiver for street-legal motorcycles than for off-road bikes.
I went from doing everything by hand to Booqable to RIDES, and none of them had everything a rental shop needs. Renta does. Waivers and payments are photo-verified, my service tracker runs itself, and I use the marketing insights every single day. A better system for the price doesn't exist.

How a dirt bike rental runs in Renta
Booked with gear
Renters pick a bike and a half-day or full-day slot, then add sized gear and a fuel package. Everything sits on one booking.
Signed and verified
Each rider signs their own waiver with date of birth, minors go to a guardian to co-sign, and the license photo is filed on the booking as ID.
Checked out
Staff record the hour meter, run your pre-ride checklist and take condition photos. Any service that's due for that bike shows on the same screen.
Returned
Late returns pre-fill a late fee. Damage becomes a work order that can bill the rider and block the bike, then the deposit is captured or released.
Everything in one workspace
Bookings through payouts, all in one place
Hour-based service
Run oil, air filter, chain and valve checks on engine hours. The readings staff record at pickup and return keep each bike's meter current.
QR tag or VIN lookup
Stick a QR asset tag on each bike, or type its VIN. Either opens that bike's rentals, service log and condition photos.
Trailer delivery
Charge for delivery to a trailhead or campsite by the mile or as a flat fee, and plan the day's runs on the dispatch board.
Real-time availability
Every dirt bike has live availability across your storefront and admin. Overlapping bookings are refused at checkout, and buffer time between rentals is respected.
Stripe payouts
Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay go straight into your own Stripe account. You keep the customer relationship, and money lands in your bank, not ours.
Branded storefront
A fast, mobile-first booking site for your dirt bikes and motorcycles on your own domain, with an embeddable widget for the website you already have.
