Details and waivers done
Height, weight and ability answers land on the booking. Each skier signs their own waiver, and kids are routed to a parent to co-sign.

Staff work through your pickup checklist and can change the assigned unit at the counter if the one picked isn't right.
Returned and tuned
Late returns pre-fill a late fee. Edge or base damage becomes a work order, and that gear stays off the calendar until it's tuned.

Yes, as checkout questions you write (short answer or multiple choice), shown only on the items you pick. Renta records the answers on the booking. It doesn't calculate DIN settings: your technicians still set bindings from their own charts.
Yes. Add a seasonal pricing rule for a date range, such as a holiday-week surcharge or an early-season discount, plus multi-day discounts and weekly rates. The price engine applies them at checkout.
